Yoga Class Schedule

Level I Beginning

– An introduction to the practice of yoga. Class involves gentle stretching, learning basic yoga postures and breathing techniques.

Level II Continuing

– Experience with yoga will be helpful. Building on the beginning level class, demanding more strength and stamina.

Level III Intermediate

– Class involves more advanced posture flows. Sequences demand strength, balance and meditative awareness. Physical fitness required.
