Level I Beginning
An introduction to the practice of yoga. Class involves gentle stretching, learning basic yoga postures and breathing techniques.Level II Continuing
Experience with yoga will be helpful. Building on the beginning level class, demanding more strength and stamina.Level III Intermediate
Class involves more advanced posture flows. Sequences demand strength, balance and meditative awareness. Physical fitness required.Monday
